Project Manager Building Services / HVAC (a) 80-100%- You actively design and drive heating/cooling projects across Switzerland
- You take overall responsibility and manage the optimal use of personnel, resources and finances in projects, comprehensively from a portfolio perspective
- You lead project teams with clarity, develop people further and bring all parties onto a path to success
- You build projects from the ground up, win contracts and are responsible for offer and contract management
- You conduct negotiations on equal footing and make well-founded awarding decisions
- You consistently keep projects on track and ensure schedule, cost and quality targets at all times
- You shape HVAC projects professionally, analyse complex interrelations, prepare feasibility studies and develop sustainable solutions
- You inspire customers with holistic advice and develop forward-looking concepts for projects and programmes in the HVAC sector
- Completed training in heating/cooling or a comparable technical basic education
- Technical training at higher vocational education level (e.g. Technician HF) or university level (e.g. Engineer FH) or willingness to undertake the training(s)
- Several years of experience in a comparable position in the HVAC sector
- Strong leadership skills as well as negotiation skills and healthy assertiveness
- Structured, responsible and independent working style
- High customer and service orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
