Sheet Metal Processing Machine Operator

For our client – a renowned and innovative specialist in high-quality enclosure technology and industrial electronics – we are seeking a motivated machine operator (m/f/d). In this role, you are a key component of production: you operate state-of-the-art sheet metal processing machines and ensure that raw sheets are transformed into precise components for sophisticated enclosure and control cabinet solutions.

Your main tasks
Machine operation & setup: Independently operating, setting up, and configuring CNC-controlled bending machines as well as combined punch-laser machines.

Part production: Precisely manufacturing individual parts and small series from steel, stainless steel, and aluminium for a versatile product portfolio (including outdoor enclosures, control cabinets, kiosk systems, server and network cabinets, as well as customised special enclosures).

Quality assurance: Independent quality control of manufactured parts using common measuring instruments to ensure high quality standards.

Process optimisation: Monitoring the production process, resolving minor malfunctions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processing procedures.

Maintenance & care: Performing regular inspection and maintenance work on the machines assigned to you according to the maintenance schedule.

Training & experience: Completed basic training in the metal or industrial sector – e.g. as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker, production mechanic, or sheet metal worker. Experienced machine operators without a specific professional qualification are also warmly welcome.

Expertise: Initial experience in sheet metal processing or operating corresponding CNC machines is ideal.
