Your tasks as a Construction Manager* in the SCS Storeconcept team

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for demanding retail fit-out, gastronomy, and interior construction projects throughout Switzerland. Your main tasks include:

• Independent construction management of retail, gastronomy, and interior fit-out projects throughout Switzerland
• Preparation of project calculations and quotations
• Obtaining and comparing quotations as well as awarding contracts
• Scheduling and ensuring timely project execution
• Coordination and leadership of the involved contractors and partners
• Ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines throughout the entire construction phase
• Participation in the continuous optimisation of internal processes
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Support in acquiring new projects

Important qualifications

You are a committed individual with technical understanding and organisational skills. Additionally, you bring the following:

• Completed training in construction
• Further training as a Construction Manager*
• Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in retail or interior fit-out
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, project management, and building regulations
• Organisational talent, assertiveness, and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good IT skills
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• French and English skills are an advantage
