Role:
For one of our partners - an established and future-oriented fiduciary and consulting company - we at Rocken are looking for a customer-oriented personality as Mandate Manager Fiduciary. In this versatile position, you take on the holistic management of a broad mandate portfolio, support clients with financial statements and payroll matters, and advise SME clients pragmatically on tax and business management issues. You can flexibly choose between the locations Bern or Düdingen.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage and support fiduciary mandates for clients from various industries from A to Z.
You prepare interim and annual financial statements according to OR and are responsible for timely VAT returns.
You manage payroll including personnel administration and declarations to social insurances.
You provide practical advice to clients on tax, business management, and legal matters.
You drive the digitalisation of mandate processes forward and actively participate in client projects.
Qualifications:
Further training as a fiduciary with a federal certificate, specialist in finance and accounting, or certified auditor
Several years of professional experience in the Swiss fiduciary environment with proven expertise in financial statements.
High IT affinity, enjoyment of digital fiduciary tools, and an independent and structured working style.
Confident German language skills; French skills are an advantage.
