About the job

This is what to expect during the retraining:
- The retraining takes place full-time (39 hours/week) and consists of theoretical and practical teaching sections
- The duration of the retraining is 12 months
- The theoretical lessons as well as your practical assignments take place at the Munich location
- The training class consists of about 12 participants
After your retraining, you will take on the following tasks:
- In your role as host, you act as a role model for your entire team with your charming manner and positive appearance
- You lead, manage and coach up to ten employees on board
- Together you implement excellent service in the care of our passengers and the on-board catering
- You take on safety-relevant tasks and inform guests according to the specified standards
- As the person primarily responsible, you are not only responsible for all passengers but also for service-oriented and technical measures
- You ensure the achievement of corporate goals such as customer satisfaction, punctuality, revenue security and ticket inspection
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed vocational training in a service-oriented profession, e.g. restaurant specialist, hotel specialist or retail salesman, alternatively many years of experience as a flight attendant
- In addition, you have strong entrepreneurial skills as well as economic thinking and acting
- Your communication skills and conflict ability enable you to deal excellently with people
- You can assert yourself and take responsibility for your decisions
- Overnight stays away from home as well as irregular shift and alternating work are as natural to you as your own initiative and resilience
- You are willing to acquire knowledge in the field of vehicle technology
- You are open to digital communication tools – tablets, apps and co. are welcome with you
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
