YOUR ROLE WITH US
- In this challenging position, you are often on-site with our customers in the Northwest Switzerland region. Your main tasks are the expansion and support of existing customer contacts as well as the acquisition of new customers in the SME and NPO segment.
- With your quick comprehension, you specifically capture the needs of the customer and analyze various solution possibilities.
- You present our business software solution Abacus with your communication strength and good appearance. Other solutions from us – our AX industry solutions – expand our portfolio and make your area of work exciting and varied.
- Also in the task portfolio: organization, leadership, and participation in internal and external events.
YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS
- You have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in account management, ideally but not necessarily in the sales of ICT or software solutions. You enjoy actively and strategically expanding customer relationships and acquiring new customers. It would be great if you already have an existing network of customers in the Northwest Switzerland region.
- You should be proud of what you sell and be able to advise customers well. The most important thing is that you understand the customer and their business, can respond to them, and show them good solutions. Your customer-oriented personality and entrepreneurial actions are complemented by your independent working style.
- Furthermore, we wish for a great interest in IT and a fascination for digitalization topics and the associated opportunity for process optimization.
- What do we envision in your educational background? Not so easy, many paths lead to us. A promising background would certainly be a commercial or technical education complemented by professional experience in customer consulting and solution sales.
- If you have already come into contact with Abacus or other ERP solutions, even better. But it is not a requirement.
