construction project manager for demanding buildings (m/f/d)

tasks

• you manage the entire project process and coordinate internal and external parties
• you act as the link between planning and execution
• together with your team, you handle tenders and ensure that standards and laws are complied with
• furthermore, you are responsible for costs, deadlines and quality of your projects
• as an active team member, you support project staff in carrying out their tasks
• you also conduct construction commission meetings and take the minutes
• timely tendering and awarding of work categories is also part of your responsible duties
• compiling contract annexes, organising and leading inspections as well as rectifying defects complete your demanding range of tasks

requirements

• you can demonstrate training/continuing education as an architect ETH/FH, construction manager HF with practical experience as a project manager or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
• construction professionals such as architectural draughtswomen/draughtsmen, bricklayers, carpenters with further training as construction technicians, site managers, construction managers or in project management are also welcome
• a good understanding of costs, deadlines and quality is of high importance for this role
• do you also consider yourself skilled in negotiation, communicative and able to keep an overview at all times?
