About the job

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a curious, motivated and committed individual for a compulsory HR internship. With us, you are not just "along for the ride", but right in the thick of things: You will gain exciting insights into the diverse Human Resources Management and actively support our team in the day-to-day operations.

Your mission with us

Support throughout the entire recruitment process
(job advertisement placement, applicant management, appointment organisation)
Assistance in the care of employees and managers
Support with HR projects and organisational changes
Maintenance and management of personnel data and HR documents
Assistance with onboarding and offboarding processes
Support with training sessions, workshops and internal events
Preparation of evaluations, presentations and HR documents
General administrative tasks in the HR area

Your qualities that inspire us

Ongoing studies at a hotel management school or in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or comparable
The internship is a compulsory part of your training
Interest in HR topics and enjoyment in dealing with people
Independent, structured and reliable working style
High discretion and social competence
Very good German language skills
