We are looking for a caretaker for holiday replacements starting in early 2027
Your Profile
- Craftsmanship basic training
- Independent and proactive working style and high social competence
- Driving license category B
- Resident in the greater Lucerne area
- Several years of experience in the field of caretaking or a similar activity is an advantage
Your Area of Responsibility
- Daily working time approx. 1.5 hours in the morning
- Daily rounds in and around Meierhöflistrasse 18, gas station, Maienstrasse 6
- Supervision of the building technical systems including minor repairs and first-level support.
- Fault rectification of the technical systems in on-call duty.
