As part of the development of the Bus Maintenance service, we are announcing the following position:
Heavy Vehicle Mechatronics Technician
Your mission
Reporting to the Bus Maintenance Manager, you will need to establish reliable diagnostics of failures and carry out, professionally, various maintenance, repair/revision, and vehicle testing tasks, in order to provide, in the best possible time, to various internal and external clients a quality of service that meets their needs, in compliance with rules, standards, and directives.
Your main responsibilities
• Based on the failure reports received and/or transmitted by the direct supervisor, conduct a thorough examination to identify the exact cause of the failure and estimate its severity as well as the necessary repair time,
• carry out the various repair tasks, in order to restore the vehicle to operational condition as quickly as possible,
• according to the checklists provided and/or specific actions requested, execute the various preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and specific actions.
Your profile
• CFC in mechatronics or equivalent qualification,
• 3 years of professional experience in mechanics, preferably in a heavy vehicle or industrial company,
• heavy vehicle license, forklift operator license, and refrigerant fluids license (PMFF),
• very good knowledge of mechanical techniques,
• very good knowledge in PC diagnostics,
• very good ability to learn new tasks, curiosity, and adaptability.
