Overall Project Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Project manager for plant development: You independently lead projects in the areas of infrastructure, process automation, plants, and production lines of the paper industry – from the preliminary study to commissioning or handover. In doing so, you develop and evaluate various solution concepts, prepare profitability calculations and rationalization analyses, and accompany technical procurement negotiations. You coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure smooth processes, and always keep costs, quality, and deadlines in view – while complying with legal requirements.
- Innovations with a strategic view: You evaluate and implement forward-looking technical solutions to make processes more efficient, safer, and more sustainable. You plan and realize targeted expansions as well as measures for plant safety in the field of paper production.
- Portfolio manager with overview: You enter new projects into the project master plan (PMP) and ensure the ongoing updating and coordination of the entire project portfolio. You take over the overall project controlling and ensure transparency regarding progress, resources, costs, and deadlines across all projects.
- Documentation specialist with system understanding: You create technical documentation such as specifications and functional descriptions with the utmost care. Your structured working style ensures transparency and traceability across all project phases.
Profile
- Education & experience: You have completed technical training with further education at HF or FH level in mechanical engineering, process or electrical engineering (e.g., as an engineer/technician) or project management. You bring several years of experience in leading and implementing projects – ideally in an industrial environment or the paper industry.
- Technical understanding & IT competence: You are tech-savvy, have good knowledge of MS Office, and bring a pronounced digital understanding. Experience with process plants is a plus.
- Personality & working style: You are communicative, resilient, and like to make decisions. Your sense of responsibility as well as your structured and solution-oriented working style characterize you. In addition, you have convincing presentation skills.
