- You take over the management of IT and digitization projects, steer them purposefully and ensure that the agreed goals are achieved
- You develop project orders, check feasibility and economic efficiency, and drive planning, conception and implementation forward with a clear focus
- You support the evaluation and implementation of innovative solutions to optimize and transform hospital processes
This is what you bring
- You bring solid experience or appropriate training in the field of IT. You have already successfully led IT projects with noticeable impact
- A project management certification (HERMES, PMI, IPMA Level C/D) is a plus and shows that you advance projects in a structured, confident and driven manner
- You think in solutions rather than problems, tackle new tasks decisively and approach challenges with courage, focus and initiative
- You are flexible, team-oriented and communicate openly, actively share your know-how and contribute to making collaboration not only work but inspire
