What is my role?

• Performs complex manufacturing tasks with precision and care

• Takes professional responsibility for specific products or process steps

• Independently carries out demanding rework, adjustment, and assembly tasks?

• Works with and programmes automatic machine tools

• Acts as decision-maker (Level 1) for completed work and identified deviations

• Conducts complex inspections and develops process steps

• Adjusts parameters based on visual and functional checks?

• Ensures and documents accredited processes

• Introduces new products or processes and further develops competencies in own area

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training EBA or EFZ in a craft field?with at least 5 years of experience!

• Further training? A plus for your career!

• Strong quality and safety awareness

• Physical fitness for daily challenges

• Willingness to work 2 shifts
