Department:DECSEntity:Migration Service (SMIG) - Social Office for Asylum in Secondary Reception (OSAS)Activities:Do you wish to put your skills in management, coordination and leadership at the service of a public interest mission with strong human value? Join an office of about 45 employees, spread over two sites and composed of two reception offices as well as a housing sector, active in the field of social assistance for people from migration. As deputy to the office manager, you assist them in the operational and strategic management of the structure. You ensure the smooth running of administrative, financial and organisational activities while providing your expertise to social teams in handling complex situations. Through your analytical ability, sense of responsibility and aptitude to unite, you contribute to guaranteeing quality services, compliant with the legal framework and the missions of the public service. You promote collaboration between the different sectors of the office and with institutional partners.Desired profile:Holder of a HES bachelor’s degree in social work, social sciences, law or public administration, you have additional training in management or public administration. You have at least five years’ experience in the social, asylum, migration or social insurance fields, combined with a perfect mastery of the Swiss system and public institutions. Project management, team coordination and change management are among your areas of expertise. Furthermore, you are recognised for your diplomacy and ability to defuse complex situations.
