• You plan, organise and independently conduct training for network electrician apprentices and ensure a high quality of training.
• In inter-company courses, you take on the role of course instructor and trainer and convey content in a practical manner.
• You coordinate refresher and further training courses for adults and apprentices from planning to implementation and continuously develop the offer.
• In courses on switching operations and live working, you apply your expertise purposefully, support the implementation and ensure a safe process.
• You continuously develop, maintain and optimise course and training materials.
• You actively participate in specialist committees, contribute practical experience and provide impulses for the further development of training.
• You complete administrative tasks in the training area in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring smooth processes.
• Occupational safety is your inner conviction both in training and in participating in incident analysis and implementing measures.

• Your training background includes a completed apprenticeship as a network electrician as well as further training to become a master network electrician or HF technician.
• You preferably hold the SVEB certificate as a trainer and apply it effectively in practice. Training in adult education and occupational safety is an additional plus.
• Several years of professional experience in the environment of an energy supply company help you to convey content in a practical and target group-oriented manner.
• You feel at home in training apprentices and/or adults and gladly take on the professional leadership.
• With your didactic skills, you design courses to be varied, understandable and to the point.
• A confident appearance, strong communication and moderation skills characterise you – even in demanding situations.
• You work in a structured, independent manner with a high standard of quality, safety and responsibility; good German language skills and a category B driving licence complete your profile.
