You will strengthen a young team in technical customer service, enjoy acting as a hub in a technical and dynamic environment, and be familiar with customs formalities.

Your main tasks include:

• Professional and friendly support of our customers via phone and email  
• Processing customer inquiries, spare part orders, invoicing, as well as complaints and their follow-up
• General administrative tasks such as document management, data maintenance in SAP, mail processing, etc.
• Customs formalities and monitoring in EXPOVIT 
• Management of maintenance contracts
• Monthly hour recording and expense accounting in customer service (substitute)
• Close collaboration with the head of customer service and support in project coordination

• Commercial training in the technical field (mandatory) 
• Knowledge in the area of customs clearance is desirable 
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form - French and English skills are an advantage 
• Service-oriented, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage
• High social and team competence, good communication skills

• Great interest in technology 
• Good coordination skills
• A good sense of humor
