Your tasks
• Warm and personal care of individual guests with special needs
• Responsibility for the guests entrusted to you
• Assistance with body care and hygiene
• Mutual support within the team
• Help with all tasks arising at the accommodation
• Participation in planning, designing, and evaluating the holiday days
Your profile
• Joy, empathy, and patience in dealing with cognitively and/or cerebrally impaired people
• High level of responsibility
• Appreciative and respectful interaction
• Teamwork / willingness to communicate / resilience / independence
• Maintaining appropriate closeness and distance
• Physical and mental health
• First aid course
• If you can remain calm and keep an overview even in sometimes challenging moments and also do not lose your sense of humor after two exhausting weeks, you are exactly right with us!
