Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for TOP Challenges
Activities
- Operation of the Kekeisen UBF 4700 bed milling machine
- Creation, maintenance, and optimization of workpiece programs on Heidenhain controls
- Independent setup of workpieces according to technical drawings and part documentation
- Definition, compilation, and management of the required tools
- Measurement of tools on the Zoller Venturion 450
- Execution of simple quality checks on manufactured components
- Post-processing of workpieces by deburring, cleaning, and oiling
- Carrying out simple maintenance and servicing tasks on machining centers
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training (polymechanic, toolmaker, or machine mechanic)
- Experience in CNC machining with Heidenhain control
- Enthusiasm for mechanical engineering and CNC technology
- Independent, precise, and responsible
- Team player, motivated, and ready to work
