Become part of our team at the Zurich location! With this newly created position, we want to expand the existing team and are looking for you as an employee in deployment planning 60-100% starting immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
- You share co-responsibility for employee coordination and act as an interface between our customers, nursing staff, and Care Managers
- You support the efficient deployment planning of around 60 employees and approximately 70 customers and assist with the daily rescheduling of short-term employee absences
- Additionally, you handle calls to the main number and forward the concerns of employees, customers, and all external contacts to the assigned interfaces
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, you succeed in maintaining professional contact with both internal and external partners
- Your task profile is rounded off with administrative duties
Requirements
- You have a commercial education, knowledge in healthcare, or professional experience in direct nursing in a Spitex is an advantage
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as very good IT skills are required for the position
- You find it easy to get in touch with people and maintain very good manners
- Networked, customer-oriented thinking as well as a quick grasp are among your strengths
