The Kantonsschule Stadelhofen is looking for its Dübendorf branch, which is under development and includes a lower secondary school, a short gymnasium, and a commercial secondary school (HMS), for the start of the 2027/28 school year, a secondary school teacher mbA for the subject Physics (60-70%).
Your tasks
Already in the 2026/27 school year, you will actively participate with a small workload in the development phase and simultaneously teach a class at the Kantonsschule Stadelhofen. Your task will be to build a collection and lay the foundation for a future-oriented learning environment that focuses on student activation, the imparting of practical knowledge, and teaching methods beyond the 45-minute lessons.
From the 2027/28 school year, you will then teach both at the Kantonsschule Stadelhofen and at the Dübendorf branch with a continuously increasing workload in an mbA position, as a workload of 60-70%, and if necessary up to 100% from August 2028, will be available.

Your profile
You bring an interest in jointly developing subject-specific, interdisciplinary, and school cultural concepts, which requires creativity and innovative spirit. Positions "with special tasks" also require applicants according to the regulations for secondary and vocational school teachers of the canton of Zurich to have a university degree including a teaching diploma for Matura schools and, if possible, teaching experience.
