About the job
What to expect
- You are part of a newly created role and take on a central function in our waste disposal logistics in Willisau
- Together in a team of three, you ensure that over 1,000 tons of cardboard, 150 tons of residual waste, and 42 tons of packaging films are processed efficiently every year
- You assist with collection rounds in the internal waste and recyclable materials logistics
- You transport separately sorted materials with industrial trucks or hand carts to the disposal station
- You load trailers with residual material bales (mainly cardboard and residual waste) using a forklift and prepare them for further processing
- You actively contribute, think along, and take responsibility for improvements in processes and workflows
- Together with the team, you take care of the weekly cleaning of the outdoor area
What you bring
- You have completed training (EFZ preferred, e.g. as a recycler or comparable – EBA also possible)
- You have a SUVA-recognized forklift license or are willing to obtain it internally (mandatory)
- You have good German skills for secure communication in everyday work
- You work independently, reliably, and like to take responsibility
- You enjoy working in a team, think along, and actively address problems and ideas
- You are interested in recycling materials and are willing to acquire knowledge on the job
- You are willing to work in a flexible shift model between 07:00 and 22:00 (start times approx. 07:00, 10:00, or 12:00) – including possible Saturday shifts
