Start of work: by arrangement, application deadline until 12 June 2026

• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of properties and technical systems
• Planning, organising and supervising the cleaning and maintenance of buildings, rooms and outdoor facilities
• Carrying out and coordinating minor repairs as well as rectifying faults and damages
• Quality assurance of external cleaning services as well as coordination and control of external service providers
• Contact person for users: receiving, processing and providing feedback on concerns
• Support with moves as well as with the care and accompaniment of events also outside regular working hours
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and labour regulations
• Shifts in early and late duty, on Saturdays as well as on-call and winter service
• You have completed a craft apprenticeship and ideally have some experience in a similar role
• With your craftsmanship skills and technical understanding, you like to get stuck in and find pragmatic solutions
• You are comfortable using common IT tools
• You convince with your pronounced service orientation and address different contacts with your professional manners
• You are a team player and communicate openly, clearly and on an equal footing
• You have good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C); Swiss German is an advantage
