- Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft server and client environments in an on-premises setting
- Support in 2nd and 3rd level support for complex faults and enquiries
- Participation in the design and further development of infrastructure and system architectures
- Execution of installations, rollouts, and maintenance work
- Participation in infrastructure and customer projects as a technical specialist
- Support of colleagues with technical questions
- Ensuring a stable, secure, and well-documented system landscape
- Several years of professional experience in system engineering with Microsoft server and client technologies
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows server, and client management
- Experience with deployment solutions as well as virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware or Hyper-V)
- Knowledge in the cloud environment (Azure is an advantage)
- Interest in IT security and modern infrastructure topics
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style
- Team-oriented personality with good communication skills
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel within Switzerland
- High level of personal responsibility and direct influence on architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Guaranteed home office of up to 3 working days per week

Responsibilities
- Operation, standardisation, and further development of internal as well as customer-related IT infrastructures- Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft server and client environments in an on-premises setting
- Support in 2nd and 3rd level support for complex faults and enquiries
- Participation in the design and further development of infrastructure and system architectures
- Execution of installations, rollouts, and maintenance work
- Participation in infrastructure and customer projects as a technical specialist
- Support of colleagues with technical questions
- Ensuring a stable, secure, and well-documented system landscape
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (platform development/system technology) or comparable training in the field of IT system technology- Several years of professional experience in system engineering with Microsoft server and client technologies
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows server, and client management
- Experience with deployment solutions as well as virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware or Hyper-V)
- Knowledge in the cloud environment (Azure is an advantage)
- Interest in IT security and modern infrastructure topics
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style
