Are you interested in answering customer inquiries, advising customers via phone, email, and chat, while ensuring a high quality of service? Our Customer Center is looking for a customer advisor!
What does this mean concretely?
- You systematically identify customers, provide information, communicate the terms and details of various products and services, and utilize sales potential.
- You pass on information necessary for updating IT data regarding customer service and market management.
- You provide telephone advice on basic products/services (accounts, cards, e-banking) and give initial information on other banking products.
- You accompany and support our customers with our digital products, thus creating added value for their customer experience.
- You schedule appointments with our advisors.
Do you like challenges?
This position is made for you if …
- You have a commercial education (EFZ, MPC, ESC, Maturity Type E).
- You have experience in a Customer Center and excellent knowledge of office communication tools.
- You communicate efficiently in German and French. Additional languages are an advantage.
- You are a pragmatic and disciplined person who brings constructive suggestions for improvement and is skilled in telephone contact.
- You value teamwork and collaborate effortlessly with colleagues.
