To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for committed individuals as

Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Areas: Civil engineering & cable pulling / assembly of joints & CO or for the area of in-house fibre optic installations

Regions: Bern, Aargau, Zurich Oberland and/or Eastern Switzerland (preferred region can be specified in the application).

Your tasks

• Preparation, coordination and supervision of construction sites in fibre optic and network construction

• Contact person for municipalities, cantonal authorities and property owners

• Close cooperation with project managers, construction managers and assembly teams

• Ensuring compliance with quality, deadline and safety requirements

• Documentation and reporting of construction progress using digital tools

• Organisation and responsibility of the assigned specialist area:

  • Civil engineering & cable pulling or

  • Assembly of joints/CO or

  • In-house assembly

Your profile

• Completed technical training (e.g. construction, electrical, telecommunications) or comparable qualification

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in network or infrastructure construction

• Expertise in FTTH, civil engineering, cable pulling or assembly

• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Confident handling of digital IT and documentation tools

• Driving licence category B (trailer test advantageous)

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• Well-groomed, professional and customer-oriented appearance
