As a leading continuing education centre for medical-therapeutic professionals, we develop practical educational offerings for professional and personal development. At our locations in Bad Zurzach and Winterthur, we accompany numerous professionals on their learning journey every year.

Now we are taking the next step: instead of purchasing existing courses, we are developing our own educational formats and structured learning paths. For this, we are looking for a committed individual to actively co-design and further develop our education portfolio.

Your tasks

Develop educational offerings:

• You design new continuing education offerings and further develop existing courses
• You define learning objectives, structure, methodology and didactics, ensuring a convincing learning experience
• Together with subject matter experts, you develop innovative and practice-oriented educational formats

Design learning paths

• You develop structured learning paths with coordinated basic, advanced and certification courses
• You create attractive continuing education offerings that promote sustainable learning

Manage education portfolio

• You analyse market needs and define the appropriate mix of offerings
• You assess demand, utilisation and participant feedback and derive optimisations from this
• Together with the finance department, you develop economically successful offerings

Collaboration with lecturers

• You recruit qualified lecturers and support them in developing their courses
• You ensure high quality of our educational offerings through clear didactic guidelines

Planning and marketing

• You are responsible for rolling course planning and coordinate dates and capacities
• You work closely with marketing and provide target group knowledge as well as content for effective communication

What you bring

• Education: You have training in the nursing field. Further education in adult education (e.g. SVEB certificate, CAS in adult education or a comparable qualification) is an advantage
• Experience: You bring experience in developing educational offerings or course formats
• Working style: You work analytically, structured and independently. You think entrepreneurially and keep an overview even with multiple projects
• Personality: You are strong in communication, convince with your confident appearance and enjoy actively driving topics forward
