About the job

• You are available to our customers in a knowledgeable and courteous manner
• You ensure the product presentation on the sales floor as well as the sales readiness at store opening
• You maintain the prescribed order and cleanliness in the shop and gas station areas
• You handle the processing including checkout at the cash register

• You enjoy dealing with customers and know how to respond to customer wishes
• You are flexible regarding your work assignments – irregular working hours (early & late shifts, holidays and weekends) are considered a welcome change
• You are communicative, resilient, and appreciate independent work
• You have a class B driving license (car is an advantage due to working hours)
• You have very good German skills and a neat appearance

Landi Thun is a cooperatively organized trading and service company with its roots in the trade of agricultural supplies. Around 160 employees work at the locations in Uetendorf, Steffisburg, Mühlethurnen, Rüeggisberg, Linden, Thun, and Oey.

For our Top Shop in Steffisburg, we are looking for a motivated and cheerful person as a TopShop Salesperson.

You will be active in the shop and work closely with our Landi stores. You actively help to achieve the shop's goals. In addition, you are always a bright spot for our customers with your friendly, proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented manner. The Top Shop is open 365 days a year, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
