Your Challenge
- Ensuring a professional and service-oriented reception of patients and visitors
- Friendly and empathetic interaction with patients, relatives, visitors, and colleagues
- Optimal assurance of the administrative patient process (telephone service, case opening, data quality control)
- Ensuring cost approval management with various insurance companies
- First contact person and central interface function, close cooperation for all internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Commercial or equivalent training in healthcare
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Knowledge in healthcare or insurance (medical terminology) is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, fast thinking / rethinking, adapting to situations
- Remaining calm in hectic situations
- High resilience, social competence, and service orientation
- Very good German skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Flexibility, willingness to work shifts (between 06:30 – 20:00, including holidays and 1 weekend per month)
