WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

End-to-End Architecture: You design and document complex architectures across the entire platform – from Sales/Service through the Marketing Suite to the Data Cloud and Agentforce. You are responsible for data modelling, API/event designs and cross-cloud workflows.
Technical Governance: You ensure the quality and standards of our projects. You define guardrails for security-by-design, scalability and IT security and ensure that architectural decisions are sustainable in the long term.
Standards & Code Excellence: You set coding and documentation standards (e.g. for Apex, LWC, but also SSJS/AMPscript in the marketing context). You lead architecture reviews and maintain the technical roadmap of our customers.
Technical Leadership: You manage the implementation and accompany the developer team in custom developments, complex integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events) and demanding data migrations.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: You translate business visions into technical reality. You conduct requirements analyses at C-level and manage expectations through clear gap analyses between current and target architecture.
AI in Everyday Life: You define how AI-relevant functions can be implemented for our customers and guide the team for the optimal internal use of AI functionalities in daily development.
Coaching & Mentoring: You are a mentor for developers and junior architects. You promote technical excellence in the team and communicate complex issues understandably to business and IT stakeholders.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

Education & Qualification: You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification.
Salesforce Experience & Architectural Competence: You bring at least seven years of experience in the Salesforce environment, several of which in an architecture or lead role with end-to-end responsibility.
Cross-Cloud Know-how: You master Salesforce Core as well as Marketing and Data Cloud and have deep platform expertise. Topics such as governor limits, event-driven architecture, identity management and performance tuning are part of your daily toolkit.
Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you have experience in the banking, insurance or manufacturing sectors.
AI & Technology Understanding: You have experience with agentic AI.
Stakeholder Management: You are experienced in dealing with different stakeholders and communicate confidently with various personas on the customer side – up to senior management and C-level.
Certifications: You hold relevant Salesforce certifications.
Method & DevOps Competence: You master the establishment of modern DevOps processes (Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD) and have experience leading technical teams.
Personality & Working Style: You convince with customer-oriented thinking, personal responsibility as well as a proactive and eager-to-learn personality. Team spirit and openness to new tasks characterise you.
Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel throughout Switzerland.
