The Elementary Assessment ELA of the BSB provides competent assistance for people who have been excluded from the work process for a long time due to an accident or a physical or mental illness, and for young people who have not yet been successfully integrated into the working world.

You accompany clients of the disability insurance during standardised test procedures, instruct them, and evaluate the results according to defined guidelines. You systematically observe behaviour, conduct needs-based conversations, and carefully document your findings. In addition, you guide five to eight clients in practical and creative work with various materials. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you work closely with the case managers in charge and actively participate in coordination and final discussions.

• Completed training as a work agogist
• Professional training with a craft or creative background
• Experience in supporting clients with physical and/or mental impairments
• Proficient MS Office skills
