- Team management and training follow-up
- Cross-functional collaboration with other departments
- Plan and optimise production
- Identify, analyse and resolve production issues
- Monitor production indicators (quantity, deadlines, quality)
- Compliance with safety standards (production, employees)
- Participate in continuous improvement
Your profile:
- You have training in the technical field, engineering or equivalent education
- You have experience in a similar position (minimum 5 years) or a managerial role
- You master various production tools
- You are rigorous and demonstrate the ability to think and analyse problems encountered
- Proficient in SAP
- Fluent in French; English (minimum B2); another language is an asset
