And this is exactly where you come in: We are looking for you to further develop, position, and make our broker service successful as a product!
What you will do
As a Digital Product Manager for our broker service, you have the chance to actively shape a strategically important product in the growing real estate market in Switzerland. You take responsibility for the entire product development – from vision through conception to implementation – and ensure that our product creates real added value for users and partner companies.
Your tasks
- You develop the product vision and roadmap for our broker service and implement it together with your interdisciplinary team.
- You analyze market potentials, customer needs, and competitive trends in the real estate sales sector.
- You are responsible for the customer journeys – from property valuation through lead mediation to broker interaction – and continuously optimize them.
- You manage the interfaces with external partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- You prioritize the product backlog, formulate user stories, and accompany the implementation in agile sprints.
- You measure and optimize conversion rates, lead quality, and customer satisfaction.
- You work closely with marketing, UX, tech, legal, and data analytics and bring your own ideas to further develop the business model.

- You are entrepreneurial at heart – initiative, new ideas, and independent work are indispensable to you.
- You bring several years of experience in product management and interdisciplinary teams. Experience in real estate, fintech, or marketplaces is a plus.
- You work data-driven and use web analytics tools (ideally Google Analytics); experience with experimentation is an advantage.
- You master agile methods (e.g., Scrum) and enjoy working in exchange with cross-functional teams.
- You communicate very well in German and well in English.
- SEO and SEA are very familiar to you – you understand how to specifically increase reach and conversions.
