To support us, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with business departments and the digital transformation technical teams, particularly in contact with the Group's General Secretariat teams.
The various tasks awaiting you:
Analysis activities:
- Identify, collect, and structure business needs and associated risks/opportunities (notably around privacy protection, communication and branding, IT security, sustainability, etc.)
- Translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements, taking into account IT and regulatory constraints
- Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure the coherence of proposed solutions and integrations (API, microservices, Cloud, etc.)
- Assess operational and technological risks as well as dependencies related to requested changes
- Advise stakeholders on business and technical alternatives (internal and/or external)
Management and coordination activities:
- Lead scoping workshops with internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers and partners)
- Facilitate communication between business units (product owners, business referents, process and data referents), project teams, and technical teams.
- Participate in functional tests and UAT phases, ensuring coverage of sensitive requirements and end-to-end traceability
- Contribute to document governance (traceability, compliance, reporting, audit recommendation follow-up).
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a technical orientation and ideally in the Swiss insurance/financial sector
- Higher professional education (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or other equivalent title) with a focus on IT/management
- Good knowledge and understanding of business and regulatory processes in insurance or the Swiss financial sector (FINMA, LPD, GDPR, etc.)
- Versatile experience: business analysis, solution integration, collaboration within agile teams (product owners, developers, QA/test, scrum master) and participation in UAT
- Understanding of overall IT architecture, data security issues, access and protection of critical systems, as well as integration challenges (API, microservices, etc.) and key Cloud-related issues
- Very good command of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) combined with very good knowledge of common agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). A certification (IIBA/BABOK or PMI-BA) is an asset
- Native French speaker, fluent in English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level), knowledge of German would be a real asset
