Daily Support Living (workload selectable between 50-60%)
Your tasks are:
- Support in promoting the independence and quality of life of residents in close collaboration with the team in the morning or evening shift
- Accompaniment in daily activities and participation in social life
- In the morning shift: Support with personal care, meal preparation, assistance with eating, household tasks
- In the evening shift: Support with personal care, meal preparation, assistance with eating, support in leisure activities
- Maintaining client documentation
You bring:
- Experience in the social or care sector
- Willingness to engage with residents on an equal footing
- Empathy and patience, teamwork skills, and communication competence
- Willingness to work occasional weekends
- German language skills in spoken and written form, experience with basic PC applications
