What You Can Achieve

• Automate business processes with Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Platform

• Support and accompany both existing and new projects

• Work with Manufacturing Equipment Systems (MES) and databases

• Create process flows according to BPMN 2.0 and drive digitalization (Process Mining, Citizen Development, and Business Analysis)

• Combine technical know-how with business thinking and apply theory in practice (Requirement Engineering)

• Learn from us how to engage different stakeholders to achieve successful impact (Change Management)

What You Bring

• Completed gymnasium-level Matura (requirements for admission to the University of Applied Sciences FHNW/ZHAW)

• Openness, proactivity, and self-motivation

• Strong communication skills and social competence

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Fluent German (at least C1), knowledge of English (B1)
