We support a Swiss manufacturer in filling the position in the export sector (m/f). The company develops and produces mechanical and electrical products at several locations, which are distributed in over 100 countries. In Switzerland, the manufacturer employs over 300 staff and is one of the leading providers in its industry.
- Organisation and coordination of worldwide transports (air, sea and road)
- Preparation of all necessary documents for transport
- Monitoring compliance with letters of credit as well as invoicing of shipments
- General administration and master data maintenance
- Several years of professional experience in export
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Flexible, customer-oriented and team-capable personality

Tasks
- Efficient and timely processing of export orders from customer inquiry to delivery- Organisation and coordination of worldwide transports (air, sea and road)

Profile
- Commercial basic training with completed further education in export (foreign trade specialist or equivalent)- Several years of professional experience in export
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
