- Lead and manage the kitchen team of 8, including dishwashing staff.
- Prepare and serve fresh meals and special diets for around 100 daily.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and HACCP regulations.
Skills
- Completed chef training with additional certification in dietary cooking preferred.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills in a kitchen environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and kitchen ordering systems.
