What awaits you with us
- Ensuring a smooth process at the reception
- Welcoming, caring for, and bidding farewell to our hotel guests
- Conducting check-in and check-out
- Accepting and processing reservations
- Operating the telephone and information center
- Maintaining booking channels and handling administrative tasks
- Managing the cash register
- Adhering to and implementing the Giessbach standards, hygiene, and safety guidelines
- Professional complaint management and various concierge tasks
What you bring with you
You bring:
- Professional experience at the hotel reception or in the hotel industry
- Very good German and English skills, good French skills are an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance, impeccable manners, and high service orientation
- Resilience, team spirit, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- A completed vocational training in the hotel industry is desirable
- Experience with the PMS Protel would be an advantage
