In this versatile role, you combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes and shape the digital future of our company together with the specialist departments.
What you can achieve
- You continuously maintain, operate and develop our commercial application landscape (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/CE or Abacus)
- You ensure stable, secure and smooth operation of the applications and take on incident, problem and change management
- You plan, coordinate and accompany releases as well as the introduction of new functions and optimisations
- You actively contribute your know-how in IT projects and help shape the further development of our application landscape
- You analyse business requirements, develop suitable solution concepts together with the specialist departments and implement them successfully
- You work closely with key users, internal stakeholders and external partners and coordinate the collaboration
- You maintain and optimise application interfaces as well as the integration of various systems
- You competently advise and support our users and conduct training and knowledge transfers if required
What sets you apart
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in application management as well as in the operation and further development of business applications
- Practical experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or comparable solutions
- Sound knowledge in IT service management, release management and interface management
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Analytical and structured thinking as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative personality with enthusiasm for collaboration with specialist departments, key users and external partners
