Business Controller (m/f) 100%
Your tasks
- Preparation, interpretation, and analysis of periodic reports
- Planning, management, and control of operational performance processes
- Sparring partner of the business unit manager
- Preparation of the monthly (rolling) forecast with the business unit
- Active management and documentation of the budgeting process of the area
- Ensuring data quality in the underlying IT systems (ERP, MIK, etc.) through regular checks and training of employees
- Leading role in various projects
- Creation of ad hoc evaluations
Your qualifications
- Business degree (university / university of applied sciences) or federally certified expert in accounting and controlling
- 5 years of professional experience in the field
- Strong analytical skills combined with a flair for numbers
- Good knowledge of the ERP system and advanced knowledge in controlling
- Communicates confidently and effectively with colleagues and internal customers
- High assertiveness
- Industry knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to lead projects and processes effectively and efficiently across departments
