Project Manager Thermal Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You take on the planning and implementation of heat connections in the field of district heating and lake energy – from order receipt through realisation to commissioning and handover to operations.

• As the central contact person for technical questions, you accompany our customers throughout the entire house connection process and bear overall responsibility for the respective project.

• You manage collaboration with internal departments such as network construction and purchasing as well as with external partners like installers and specialists in control, electrical, and fibre optic technology.

• You actively advance and implement automation and digitalisation initiatives in the realisation processes.

• Through in-house production and standardisation, you contribute to increasing value creation and reduce dependence on external service providers.

• You are responsible for the technical and data-related activation of systems (meters, control system, digital twin in ERP) as well as for acceptance, documentation, and invoicing.

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical education (HF, FH, university or ETH) in the field of energy/building technology, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or comparable

• Experience with thermal engineering systems and project management is an advantage

• Ability to manage complex projects in parallel and to identify challenges early

• Structured, proactive working style and strong communication skills

• Confident handling of CAD software and MS Office

• Sound knowledge of HVAC technology as well as relevant standards and regulations
