- you support the performance monitoring of our subscription service provider and help to control the subscription processes so that we can offer a high service quality
- you conduct telephone and written customer consultations
- you receive customer complaints and handle them, including taking over escalation cases
- you create training materials, plan process optimizations and implement them
- you act as a hub for external and internal customers
- you assist with project work and are responsible for supervising apprentices
You will succeed here if
- you have completed a commercial basic training
- you are a motivated, likeable and team-oriented personality characterized by a high level of commitment, flexibility and a quick grasp
