property manager, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you manage a demanding real estate portfolio of rental properties and handle vacancy management
• in doing so, you maintain contact with owners, tenants, authorities, caretakers and craftsmen
• you also prepare property budgets and monitor the long-term preservation of the properties' value
• furthermore, you organise repair and renovation orders
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• ideally, you have further training as a certified property manager or are on the way to it, but this is not a requirement
• what is important, however, is that you have experience in property management
• you are comfortable using common real estate software solutions
• are you also a sociable and proactive property professional who appreciates direct contact?
