For our client, an innovative company in the field of precision manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Polymechanic Setup Technician CNC Milling (m/f/d). Polymechanic CNC Milling (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent setup and production of complex milled parts on modern CNC machining centres
• Manufacture of various precision components, especially for medical technology
• Machining of titanium and stainless steels
• Conducting quality checks and documenting the produced parts
• Monitoring manufacturing processes and ensuring the required quality
• Identifying and correcting manufacturing deviations
• Active participation in the optimisation and further development of manufacturing processes

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, specialising in machining
• Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing and precision mechanics
• Sound knowledge in independently setting up and producing complex milled parts
• High technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Strong quality and responsibility awareness
• Enjoyment of precise and demanding work
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Team-oriented and flexible personality
• Willingness to work partly in two shifts
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
