Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for inspection and maintenance work on air conditioning systems. In doing so, you ensure that all systems operate reliably, energy-efficiently, and according to applicable guidelines
• Conducting hygienic assessments of air conditioning systems is also part of your duties, as well as the professional evaluation of the results. You consistently implement the insights gained to ensure optimal and safe system operation
• You are well acquainted with the building management system. You locate, analyze, and resolve system error messages
• As a specialist, you are jointly responsible for monitoring and continuously optimizing the systems and controls

Your experience

• You have successfully completed vocational training in the ventilation industry and ideally have further training as a service technician HFA specializing in ventilation/climate
• You can demonstrate professional experience in the maintenance of air conditioning systems according to SWKI guidelines and have good knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology
• You have good communication skills, are a flexible team player, and convince with a reliable and independent working style
