What is my role?

You accompany projects in the areas of conversion and new construction (single-family houses, multi-family houses, commercial buildings, public buildings) from planning through execution to handover.

• You work in a well-functioning team and are supported by a project manager

• You take over the management of tenders including the offer phase and final negotiations

• You are the central contact person and responsible for quality, safety and meeting deadlines

• You communicate directly with clients and authorities

• You have the chance to develop into a project manager in execution

What do I need to be successful?

• You bring several years of practical professional experience as a construction manager in building construction and ideally have completed additional training as a construction manager (m/f/d) or are open to further training

• You love projects with high structural and architectural quality and have an eye for beautiful details during execution

• You have sound knowledge in the areas of Messerli and MS Office

• You bring a lot of enthusiasm and can work independently

• You are described by friends and colleagues as a person who communicates openly and clearly with clients and contractors as well as within the office
