Then you are exactly right with us! Support our service department with your expertise, work with SAP (focus on module CS), and help us continuously improve our service processes.

Your tasks:

• First-level support: Central contact person for our service internal staff - support for all inquiries related to SAP CS as well as other ERP and application systems
• Support for service technicians: You ensure that our technicians can work smoothly with the system and assist with questions
• Knowledge transfer: Responsibility for the training and further education of employees in handling SAP CS and other ERP or application systems
• Projects: You work conceptually on exciting projects for system expansion and replacement and contribute your expertise
• Process support: Ensure smooth processes through tasks such as invoice printing, checking service invoices, and processing error logs
• Data analysis: You prepare data from SAP CS, QlikView, or QlikSense, analyze it, and generate relevant insights for process optimization
• Visits to our branches: You are on-site to promote exchange and ensure training and experience sharing (ERFA)

• At least three years of professional experience in a commercial or technical environment
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience in project environments and user support
• Experience with ERP systems is required
• Knowledge of the SAP module CS or another SAP module is an advantage - training will be provided
• Quick comprehension and a structured as well as networked way of thinking with a view of the whole
• Independent, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented work as well as a strong implementation personality
• Flair for training employees and interest in sustainable knowledge transfer
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
