• Handling customer inquiries via email and phone
• Creating various delivery notes for internal and external locations
• Close cooperation with our production departments
• Supporting the department head in various project tasks
• General administrative duties
• Shift work between Monday and Sunday

• Completed training with an economic focus or initial professional experience in an administrative position
• Strong interest in the gastronomy sector and food quality
• Initial experience with an inventory management system is an advantage
• Excellent German skills as well as very good English skills
