UNEO winner of the Forum Forward

UNEO, a player in innovation in the Romandy region.

Four SMEs selected by Le Temps will participate in a round table dedicated to innovation, on the occasion of the Forward forum, on 10 March at the SwissTech Convention Center.

A few days ago, we discovered the call for applications from the magazine Le Temps as part of the Forward event. Addressed to Swiss SMEs, this initiative aims to highlight their innovations, with digital transition as an underlying theme for this 5th edition.

UNEO innovation

As part of the call for applications, UNEO presented its vision of administrative and accounting management: moving away from "rear-view mirror accounting" and offering accounting management that adds value for companies.

By processing accounting documents in real time, companies are able to use the figures to make financial and management decisions. To support this vision, UNEO has invested heavily in new technologies.

Today UNEO offers its clients fingertip accounting. A simple scanner connected to the UNEO management system allows them to digitise their documents as they come in. Thus, in real time, these documents are processed by our system, itself supervised by our accounting team members.

Besides being simple, this real-time management process offers several advantages to clients:

• – Turnkey collaborative tools, avoiding the proliferation of IT tools, storage spaces and double work
• – The end of rear-view mirror accounting, as it is done in real time
• – The end of federal binders deposited at the Fiduciary at the end of the year
• – Reporting at any time and not only at year-end closing

As a digitalised fiduciary, UNEO offers its clients a fully integrated working environment: a state-of-the-art Electronic Document Management solution (EDM), a collaborative accounting ERP (e.g. invoicing, HR management, project management) and a mobile application for managing expense claims and working time.

This innovation is the result of several years of commitment and agile projects. It involved about thirty actors, ranging from accounting experts to IT specialists. It consolidates UNEO’s vision of innovation and opens up new horizons of possibilities for SMEs wishing to optimise their administrative management.
