Your tasks in detail
- Handling tenant concerns
- Processing terminations
- Creating rental contracts and amendments
- Conducting viewings
- Issuing and supervising craftsman orders
- Preparing final accounts
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable accounting (control, coding, dunning, collection, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Ideally at least 1 year of professional experience in property management
- Confident German, foreign language skills are a plus
- You are an organizational talent with insight and nothing escapes you quickly
- You remain calm and composed even in challenging situations
